Their Wings

Ryker Carter and Colton Allen both equally have had hard live. Ryker Carter grew up in a foster system till he was seven, it wasn't fun, sure there were nice families, but there mean ones to. Ryker at an early age learned not to trust people, all stemming from his time in foster care, and he might have turned out worse if his parents influence wasn't big in his life, He stood up for people and put other people first so they didn't feel the emotional, physical, and Mental pain he went through, But today though he hides it well, Ryker only trusts a handful of people, and lost faith in a lot of the world.

Colton Allen, he was adopted at a young age he barely remembers anything about foster system, but he didn't need to. He loved life, and having two fathers didn't affect him in the slightest, to him it was normal, and he even had an older brother, who he use to look up to. Then it all crashed down, he got to school, and he was laughed at, it hurt but his friends told him not to let it get to him, and he didn't. Till one day he was walking home from the convenience store. Something he had always did, when a bunch of fifth graders laughed at him for having two fathers, wishing it wasn't the reality of this world, but it is. They beat him up to. After that it seemed the color from his once bright eyes were gone, and his world got smaller.

Ryker and Colton, they had very different past, and had both different reasons to distrust people, but the outcome became the same, they no longer trusted the people outside their immediate circle. But the one person who made it better, Was Casey Hunter. The adopted son of Blake and Luke. Casey had never let the world or the rumors hurt him, he smiled and always made sure they smiled, he easily made friends, and maybe trusted people to easily, but Ryker and Colton were okay with that, they wanted Casey to stay the ray of sunshine he was, they wanted him to stay happy, and keep his bubble from collapsing, much like theirs did. So they made a vow, that they would always be there to protect Casey, to make sure his world stayed the same, to make sure he didn't turn out like them. They swore to protect him, because no one was there to protect them.

So imagine their anger when Casey walked up and he head tears in his eyes, “CASEY!” Ryker looked at him, “what's wrong!?”

Colton glared, “I think I know” Ryker looked, and they saw a boy who had been Casey trouble for a while. Casey grabbed both their arms and shook his head. But Ryker and Colton touched his head and walked towards the boy, Ryker let Colton lay out the punch to his face, he looked up at the two boys glaring at him, the evil in their eyes, “NOW let me lay this out” Ryker said calmly, and bent down so he was at eye contact with the boy, “YOU are going to leave Casey alone understand? Or this warning will get worse.” He nodded, and Ryker stood up smiling, “Good. You better get that nose checked”

Casey saw Ryker and Colton walk back, and he smiled and wiped his eyes, “You two are to good to me”

Ryker smiled, “You can always relay on us”

“UNF COLTON!” Vanity cuddled him, “YOU LOOKED SO HAWT OUT THERE!!”

Colton rolled his eyes and let the shorter girl cuddle him, “I look hot regardless”

“Cocky huh?” Amaya asked

Colton shrug, “I mean when you KNOW you KNOW”

“True shit” Tiffani nodded

Casey smiled as he sat in front of Hunter on his motorcycle, they weren't doing anything, just sitting, looking at the ocean. Hunter hugged Casey and kissed his cheek over and over, “Alright Alright enoooough!” Casey smiled and laughed

“NOOOO” Hunter pouted, “LET ME KISS YOU MOOOOORE!”

Casey smiled and chuckled, “Huuunter can we goooo hommme”

Hunter pouted, “Can we cuddle and can I give you all the kisses?”

Casey nodded, “AS many as you want”

Casey walked in, it was late he told his fathers and Silas not to wait up. But he looked on the couch, and leaning on each other sleeping was Ryker and Colton. Hunter sighed, “you've got to be kidding me”

Casey smiled and covered them up, “I told you two I would call tomorrow” He laughed a little, and grabbed Hunter's hand leading him to the bedroom. Hunter laid in his bed, “you know...those two are WAY to protective”

“WELL so are you over Tulip.” Casey said

“I never wai-”

“don't lie” Casey said laying down

“BUT I was never........THEM” Hunter frowned

Casey sighed, “I LIKE having them so protective over me....I wish I could be as strong as them: Casey smiled, “I've never asked why they are so protective over me cause I know they'd never tell me but thats okay, and I mean they protect other people, their both good people, and whether they choose to acknowledge it Or EVEN KNOW they do it, they are honestly the protectors and everyt ime they protect me or anyone, Its like I can see angel wings on their backs” Casey cried alittle, “And every time I look, they get alittle more beautiful”

Hunter smiled and wiped the tears softly and kissed Casey, “I love Casey, you have a wonderful way of looking at things and the world”

Hunter smiled and walked in to see Casey, it was an occasion where Hunter wanted to visit Casey for Lunch, but saw everyone's eyes towards the middle, and Ryker and Colton were in protection mode, and he wasn't sure why. But they both intimidating, Hunter had seen them like this before. But he looked at he seemed to see what Casey explained, he looked around and it looked like everyone saw what Casey thought only he could see: a set of angel wings on their back.

Big and white, suddenly whoever they were fighting got up and walked off, Colton and Ryker turned and smiled at Casey, who smiled back, and the wings went away. For the first time Hunter saw it, he saw their wings. Casey looked at waved at Hunter “HUNTER!” He yelled happily.  Ryker and Colton looked at him and glared, and walked back to the table. Casey ran up and hugged Hunter tightly.

Colton and Ryker protected Casey, so his world stayed bright and beautiful, and But Casey thought they made his world bright and beautiful.
