Saving Lucy Part 1

Ariel walked next to his mother, who smiled and gently talked with a store owner, he looked around hesitant to leave her side, as Robbie was holding on to Hayden’s arm, pointing out all the art stuff he wanted, Mars and Camrie where bickering in the corner, but she was looking at the items for horse, Lucy giggled and was petting someone’s pet pegasus. Ariel looked around, Is everything okay? He asked through the telepathic connection he had Macey set up

Its quiet up here! Macey said flying around

Its quiet on mine and Keith’s end to Nichelle reported

Quiet as a god damn church mouse Malik said standing next to Taja

“You should relax” Demi said, standing next to Ariel, she was one of his protectors, Grey stood on his other side, “See even Grey is worried”

“Sorry if my concern for my family is getting in your way” Ariel shrugged

He looked around, he was more on edge, because Nexus wasn’t as black and white as most people thought, bad things happen and Ariel knew that better then anyone. He looked over, and saw a tiny glint on the roof, then he heard the pow, “EVERYONE DOWN!” he yelled and stood infront of his mom, taking a bullet to his hand.

“ARIEL!” Robbie yelled being shielded by Hayden

“MOM!!” Camrie yelled, trying to get out of Mar’s grip

“I’m okay!” Crystal yelled

Guys! Now!! Help would be appreciated! Ariel glared, and saw two figures go by, it was Keith and Malik, they ran up to the roof, he saw Macey following them, and then Ariel saw a hooded figure, she held a knife, “Nichelle! Taja!!” Both ran past and ripped the hood off the figure, a girl with an eye patch and short brown hair stood there, she growled and they fight began.

Ariel was gonna run to help only to be held back, his mother grabbed his hand and looked, “the bullet is stuck in your hand”

“Mom I’m fine” Ariel tried to get away

Crystal sighed, she gently used her powers to pull the bullet out his hand, she placed her hand on his and healed him, “Ariel, your life is just as important as the rest of us, you must learn to be careful, because a kingdom without their king, is no kingdom at all, but thank you for protecting everyone”

Ariel rolled his eyes, again with the king talk, he turned as he saw the two assassins not going down, “Grey! Get the one on the roof! Demi the girl!”

They both nodded, Grey teleported off, and Demi ran towards the girl. Ariel looked at his mom, “We need to go”

“No” Crystal stood up, “I will stay with my people”

“Mom, Ariel is right this time” Camrie said, “We need to go”

“No” Crystal said, “You stay with your people! Because they are your people, and you need them just as much as they need you, besides, Ariel handled it”

They all looked over as Grey threw a giant man on the ground, and Demi threw the girl right next to him, Crystal frowned and bent down, “What are your names?”

“How about none of your business!” the girl hissed

Crystal frowned more, “Very well, Soren will know who you are, take them down to the cells”

Ariel frowned and looked around, “Lucy! Wheres Lucy!?!”

They all continued to look around, but the thirteen year old princess was gone, “They were a diversion!” Ariel yelled, he glared, “And their gonna tell me what they know!”

Ariel glared at the two, Demi and Grey stood next to him, and Wolf gripped his sword, Ariel looked at them, “Who the fuck hired you?”

“A person” The man said

“I’m gonna kill them myself” Grey glared

They all heard footsteps and they looked over, Soren stood there with books in his hand, “Braxton and Eleanor” Soren said, and looked at them, “The two best hired killers in all of Nexus” They both glared and tried to get out the restraints, Demi smirked and told them they wouldn’t be getting out for a while, they were magically sealed. Soren continued, “Braxton lost his best friend to the old king in the kingdom next door, and Eleanor seemed to have always been alone”

“Who hired you?” Ariel glared, “I will not ask again, he grabbed his sword and pointed the tip to Braxton’s neck, “Who are you to take someone important from me? Because your upset someone important to you got taken away”

“Jeremy” He said, “The Imp that lives deep in the forest”

Ariel glared and put his sword back, “Mother can decide what do with you two”

“Your going to go get her back right?” Robbie asked and Ariel put his newly sharped sword in the seethe.

“Yes” Ariel smiled, “I will bring our sister home”

“You better” Camrie glared, “Or I’ll kill you”

Ariel nodded, Wolf, Demi, and Grey was waiting at the Castle doors, but before Ariel left he turned and looked, “You guys all go out as a group, You always have at least Hayden, Chase, and Mars with you, NONE of you go out alone”

Ariel walked out, Demi floated and followed him, Wolf put up his hood and followed him out, Grey kept close and followed him. They walked and stood at the beginning part, Ariel growled, he was coming for Jeremy, and he was coming for Lucy.

Jeremy stared at the crystal, he saw the four walk through the forest, he flapped his wings a little and looked over and Lucy who was tied to the wall. He smirked and laughed a little, “This will be a lot of fun” he watched through the crystal, “Come get big bad prince”
