Avoiding you

Eleanor sighed, she had been avoiding Zoe for awhile. Well since the night they saw each other at the same job. She didn't know how to approach the subject to Zoe. Eleanor chuckled, cause she knew what Zoe was doing she was just sitting around watching Netflix not letting this effect her in the slightest, so why did it effect Eleanor?

“Because this is your first Friend Eleanor” She told herself, “And you don't have to hide this from her.” she sighed and got up, “God now I need to go talk to her”

Zoe checked her phone, and saw nothing from Eleanor. She put her phone down, she was to worried. But who would have thought Eleanor did something like her. Zoe heard the door open, and standing there was Eleanor, Zoe tried not to smile seeing the other girl. She moved her laptop to the side and Eleanor just leaned on the door, “Yes Eleanor?”

“Shut up” Eleanor said quietly, “I don't know what to say yet”

Zoe sighed, “Who was it? That asked you?”

“Nanami Hoshido” Eleanor said

“Me to” Zoe looked at her, “I just lost my parents.”

Eleanor thought for a moment, “I was just....different in high school. So I was easy prey I guess”

“Your eye?” Zoe asked, she stood up and walked over, gently taking off the eye patch that hide the blind milky white eye. She ran her fingers over the scare, “From a job?”

“Trying to shoot the pope” Eleanor said, “But I was a rookie, I didn't run....and, I was shot in the eye”

Zoe looked at her own leg, “My leg was cut off on the job” Zoe got closer to Eleanor and played with a strand of her hair, “Maybe we can keep each other safe”

Eleanor blushed, “Zoe I work alone”

“So do I” Zoe smiled, “But...with you...I wouldn't mind”

Eleanor heard a whistle and she turned slightly, “Zoe shhhh” she flailed

“sorry but Eleanor, that suit looks GOOD on you” Zoe smiled

Eleanor blushed, and she saw a guard, she and Zoe ducked. Eleanor stood up and before the guy could turn around a knife was in his neck. Zoe looked, “No Mercy jesus”

“Yeah well this IS Sex Slave trafficking so” Eleanor said pulling the knife out of the guys neck. They quietly moved forward, and there was a pad lock on the door. Zoe smile and kicked it open. Eleanor smiled, “Nice” and they quickly ran up the halls. They found another padlocked door, which Eleanor took her gun and smashed it open, she opened the door, and saw girls and boys of all ages. She sighed and pointed, “Run forward. AND RUN!”

One by One they ran out, Eleanor and Zoe watched them run straight out the door they had opened the outside. Eleanor walked out, and she looked up the stairs, the target should be there. Zoe grabbed her arm, “What Zoe?”

“We got the kids lets just go”

“No if she's not dealt with then we'll be back” Eleanor said and ran up the stairs and she heard Zoe following her. They heard a woman yelling in Spanish on the phone. Eleanor walked up and pointed a gun to her head, “Hang up”

“I'll talk to you tomorrow”  The woman hung up, she didn't turn around, “you sound young”

“And you sound like you have four dicks in your mouth” Eleanor said, “now. I hope you know how to prey” Then Eleanor pulled the trigger. She turned towards Zoe, and heard footsteps, “Oh god her crew, we can't take them on, and Nanami said leave them.”

Eleanor grabbed Zoe, “Hold on” Zoe did as told and Eleanor climbed out the window, she jumped down and hopped on a motorcycle, “Hold on Zoe!” she yelled and took off. Zoe watched Eleanor drive off, and she watched the way her eyes stayed on the road, and her form, Eleanor must have been doing this longer then Zoe, or maybe Eleanor was just always more focused.  Zoe smiled and hugged Eleanor.

“FUCK!” Eleanor fell on Zoe's bed, all changed, “I'm tired”

Zoe kicked off her shoes, “You were really good”

“you doubted me” Eleanor smiled, and she hugged Zoe from behind. Zoe blushed and felt Eleanor lay her head on her shoulder, “I like working with you” Eleanor whispered in Zoe's ear. Zoe turned slightly only to meet by Eleanor kissing her softly, Eleanor blushed and laid back, “Come on Zoe lets go to bed”

Zoe blushed and crawled next to Eleanor and felt Eleanor hug her. Zoe blushed, “Good night Eleanor”
