Are you my enemy chapter Seven

Chapter 7
Jeremy’s p.o.v.

I sat on a bench waiting; Tonight we were killing a black fairy. I smirked maybe she will tell me something on the Shadow pack. Some supernaturals know quite a lot on them.
“Jeremy!!” Nathan yelled running up with Fallon standing next to him, “where is Camrie and Robbie?”

“They should be here soon” I said

“SORRY!” Camrie ran up smiling

“Yeah we had to put Lucy to sleep” Robbie said

Camrie smiled, “Can we kill this bitch now?”

“We need to find her” Jeremy commented

“HAHA!” we heard laughing but didn't see anything, then Robbie was pushed down slightly and standing on his head was a dark fairy, wearing all black except her wings were a dark blue, “Come play with me!” she yelled and fluttered off.

Camrie went to run after her but I stoned her, “Fallon.” I said

“Gladly!” she smirked and a throwing star slid down her sleeve and was in her hand, she then threw the star getting the fairy in the wing and causing her to stick to the tree. She screeched and went to pull the star out of her wing but I grabbed it and stuck it in the wing more, she screamed and glared at me.

“Tell what I want to know on the Shadow pack.” I hissed

“OH the Shadow pack” she smiled, “Some one must be a big boy going after the best pack, the un- findable pack”

I spit in her face, “I want all their heads”

she laughed, “humans like you could never kill them, their to smart to skilled. They will kill all of you and save supernaturals like me from having to hide all the time” she whispered “and I can't wait to see you all go to hell”

“That's it!” Camrie yelled and was about to stab her, when she was hit with a sudden invisible force. I turned around and saw Nathan also get pushed to the ground, then I heard a howl, “Their here” she whispered and when I turned to look the Black Fairy was gone. I looked around and any trace of what attacked us was gone, no scratch that it wasn't a what, it was a who. A certain pack.

“what the hell?!” Camrie stood up

“The shadow pack!” I hissed, “Their in town!”

“How the hell long do you think they have been here?” Nathan asked

“Probably months” I said

“and no one knew?” Robbie laughed

“yes.” I told him, “they are the SHADOW pack, they could be in one place for YEARS and no one would know.... “

“BUT we have been killing for months, why come out now?” Camrie asked

“Maybe they have a game plan...Maybe they are now telling us, that the fight is on and real..”  

Demi's p.o.v
I ran into the house as a wolf and so did the rest of my pack, we shook out our fur which had been damp and water had seeped in. We all shifted back.

“GUYS!” Connor yelled, “I just cleaned”

“Sorry Connie!” I said smiling

“ugh” he dramatically cried

“where were you guys?” Dex asked

“Saving a black angel!” Grey said standing up, “From killers.”

“DID THEY SEE YOU!?” Carter yelled from upstairs

“NO!” I yelled back

Then I heard Adrian yell, “DID YOU SEE THEM!?”

“NOPE!” I yelled, which was true none of us SAW their faces, we were more focused on the black fairy who was being tortured for some unknown reason. I then sighed, we were going to start going out to patrol maybe get answers, tonight was our first night, and from what the Fairy we saved said.

“They are the killers you want.”

I pinched the bridge of my nose, They were so close but still so far, if I had known they were from the group we wanted I would have tried to look at their faces. I sighed and felt a hand press againset my back.

“Don't stress yourself out with this” Ariel told me

“How can I not?” I told him, “I want this to be done with, I want you to be able to go home. I want you guys to live!”

“and you?” he said

“Does it matter?”

“Yes.” he sternly told me, “you have to live your our alpha there is no pack without you. Demi you saved us and taught us to be strong”

“Right..” I said, I laid their, and listened to the outside because the window was opened. I heard things from kids playing and people shopping and having a good time. It brought me back to when I first started my small pack, I was young myself and there was Ariel always being my rock.

“I never say thank you” I tell him

“For?”

“Being there for me. Always. All the time.” I look at him from the side, “I Never say thank you”

“I know you need it. Its hard to be a young alpha..”

I nodded, its true I was young. But then my thoughts drifted to Jeremy, As proof on how young I was, how I just hung out with him and thought about just me. I didn't have that luxury. I had other people to think about. I just kind of sat in thought, thinking about my next plan, I was told I had to live. But was that really even the case?? I mean, Ariel could run the pack just fine and after we kill this clan of killers then There really is no use for a pack is there?

Ariel and Maya will go home.

Aubree and Grey will probably want to stay together.

Then there is me, what about me? What do I do after this? Do I travel? Do I save the world? But I knew exactly what I do, I stay behind and watch of my pack, even if we weren't a pack anymore,that was my job wasn't it? That was something I always wanted right? So why do I have this empty feeling?

Why do I feel like it has something to do with Jeremy?

The next morning I walk into the school and waiting for me on the outside is Jeremy, who grabs my arm before I even get a chance to walk in with Grey and Aubree, “you know you don't even go to school here and its really freaking creepy standing out here.”

“My dad works here, I often visit” he told me, “But why have you been avoiding me?”

“I don't know what your talking about” I whisper, I try to walk off but he pulled me right back.

“Demi....did I do something wrong?”

“Jeremy leave it alone. You meet me a week ago you shouldn't care. Just I don't know Move on!”

He chuckled, “Maybe I don't want to.”

“Then I will make you” I hissed, and harshly pulled my arm away, I could hear him call me and say that he will get under my tough exterior, find out what makes me tick, to see the real me. That Boy was a mystery all himself. Does he plan to chase me like a lost puppy? Because if he is;
